To create and secure accounts, show memories to the correct space, and sync the map and timeline.
To upload, display, optimize media, and send push notifications or optional reminder emails.
To diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
To understand how people discover Pinly and which public content is useful so we can improve the website.
Photos and videos
Pinly protects app data with login and space-based access controls.
Photos and videos may be processed through media storage services so they can be uploaded, optimized, and delivered reliably across devices.
Share media links only in trusted contexts, and do not upload highly sensitive content or images of other people unless you have the right to do so.
Data processing services
Pinly may use infrastructure providers to operate login, data storage, media storage, maps, email, and notifications.
These providers process only the data needed for the related feature and are limited to operating the service.
Pinly uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate traffic reporting. It does not use analytics cookies, and Pinly does not send account email, memory content, or private routes to this report.
Your choices
You can view, edit, or delete memories and media in the app.
You can change notification preferences and request correction, deletion, or consent withdrawal through support.
Withdrawing consent may limit or disable parts of your account experience.
Retention and contact
Account data is kept while the account exists. Memories and media are kept until deleted or until account/space cleanup under Pinly's operating process.
Some technical records may be retained for a limited time for security, operations, and issue diagnosis.
